Hurakia lodge offers intimate sit down meals in the dining room for up to 20 guests buffet-style or ‘walk and fork’ style events for up to 120 guests. Executive chef, Emily Lucas, has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a chef and in senior management. Emily will personally guide you through the planning process every step of the way, ensuring your utmost confidence and total relaxation on the day of your celebration.
All guest meals are included in our tariffs; full cooked or continental style breakfast, lunches, afternoon tea and full three course dinners each evening. Wine and beverage packages are by arrangement.
For guests that wish to bring their own support staff, Emily, our executive chef, can provision the pantry for you to your requirements. Rakino Island is unspoilt by development which means that there are no shops on the island.
